Rev Victoria Lawrence is an ordained minister and the founder of The Father’s Joy Ministries; an organisation dedicated to empowering women to lead and occupy their space with confidence in all spheres of society. An arm of TFJ also focuses on family raising children with additional needs and equipping the church to make room for all God’s creation. She works as Church Engagement Manager. She’s the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead for Bible Society England and Wales! She is a member of the Board of Trustees at London Institute of Contemporary Christianity. She runs Neurodivergence workshop for churches.
